Designed to make it easy to fish either whole or cut plug herring.  This rig adds flash and action that has been proven to get you more hits.  Note:  The beads below the Smile Blade have a bobber stop knot below them.  This allows you to adjust the distance between the Smile Blade and the bait for different actions, by simply sliding the knot.
